Life gives us some amazing lessons, as was the case in my last relationship. I was not clear with myself or my relationship intentions and helped create a cocktail of chaos, toxicity, confusion, and a whole lot of pain.

Fortunately, pain and dark times teach us a lot. That is why we can't regret what we’ve gone through, but rather be thankful for all the lessons it has taught us. One must also must claim their part, to see their follies, and aspire to grow and integrate those learned lessons. I’ve learned that you have to become whole - internally (love thy self), and get very clear with what you value, set your boundaries and needs, and have the internal integrity to stand up for these aspects.
